In case a customer or any other persons consumes electricity in an unauthorized
manner, or a customer fails to pay the electricity charges within the prescribed time-limit, the Authority may collect fines, compensation or extra-charges as
prescribed from such customer or person consuming electricity in an unauthorized manner.
